The mission of Jerolin Management Services is to provide structured programs designed to meet the individual’s physical and emotional needs as well as provide guidance, protection and supervision. Jerolin Management Services is an equal opportunity service provider and non-gender specific. The agency will provide the maximum level of care through hands on support and training to individuals who have been identified with mild to severe intellectual disabilities; and who may also suffer from a mental illness. Skill building and supports will focus on the areas of self care, housekeeping, social/communication, community integration, health and safety, sensory stimulation, gross/fine motor, behavior/problem solving and other life activities. The program will offer individuals the opportunity to improve their level of daily functioning, develop a sense of achievement and self worth. Overall, this program’s purpose will be to assist individuals in reaching their highest level of independence by providing skill building and support that emphasizes normalization within the community.
