Our Mission

To provide  structured programs designed to meet the individual's physical and emotional needs as well as provide guidance, protection and supervision.  Jerolin Management Services, LLC is an equal opportunity service provider and non-gender specific.  The agency will provide the maximum level of care through hands on supports and training to individual with special needs.

If you are interested in receiving services through Jerolin Management Services, LLC contact the appropriate Community Services Board. See "How to Access Services" below.  Once eligibility and funding has been established by a Community Service Board Case manager, complete our agency's Referral  and Admission Form, and return it to us mu mail or fax.  Our mailing address is PO Box 3106, Chester, VA 23836

Intellecutal Disabled (ID)Waiver Services 

Contact the ID Case Management Program at the Community Services Board that serves your locality.  To locate the Community Services Board that serves your locality or learn about the different types of ID Waiver services visit the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services website at www.dbhds.virginia.gov.  Click on "Locate Services in VA" under the menu section.

Consumer Directed Personal Attendant Services 

Contact your local Health Department and request a screening for services.  To locate your local Health Department or learn about other services under the Elderly and Disabled Waiver visit the Virginia Health Department website at www.vdh.state.va.us. Click on local health districts.
